Fierce Fit

This one-hour class is typically comprised of lifting or skill work followed by a high intensity metabolic conditioning workout. The workout combines elements of cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy, using a combination of functional movements. The “Workout of the Day” or WOD can contain any combination of running, rowing, biking, jumping rope, gymnastics (body weight movements such as pull ups, pushups, etc.), and/or weightlifting movements. Workouts are constantly varied in structure, time domain, and movements.

Zumba Strong

Strong by Zumba is a form of high-intensity interval training, where classes utilize boot camp choreography infused with music to gradually drive intensity that culminates in a total body workout. Think of burpees, pushups, and other high-impact moves synced to adrenaline-pumping tunes.

Vinyasa Yoga

During this powerful vinyasa flow class, you will breathe, focus, move, stretch and balance. Core Yoga is a heat building practice that allows you to move with your breath while building strength and working on your core.

Open Flow Yoga

 Basics – A beginner’s class that will move slowly so new students can learn the fundamentals of a Yoga practice. This class is a great place to “start” or refresh your understanding of the practice. Do not hesitate to speak with the instructor if you have questions. Remember to simply breathe & enjoy.  YOGA IS FOR EVERY BODY!

Power Yoga

It’s great for strength training: Other forms of yoga may be ideal for flexibility and meditation, but in Power Yoga, you lift and hold your entire body’s weight constantly. These classes incorporate a serious number of Vinyasas, and they’re definitely going to get your entire body into gear. 


Our Pilates mat class is designed to challenge the beginner and the practicing Pilates student. Mat classes are a great way to learn the fundamental principles of the Pilates method. Pilates is a full body-conditioning program comprised of a series of approximately 500 designed movements performed on a mat and/or on specific apparatus. Pilates improves strength, flexibility, balance, control and muscular symmetry. The rhythmic exercises promote elongated and toned muscles, and are noted for developing abdomen, lower back and buttocks strength, and create a strong body core.

Fierce Fit Kids

Fierce Fit Kids classes are designed with the unique needs of young athletes in mind, and combine skill practice, workouts and fun games that focus on building strength and conditioning. Our classes include elements of gymnastics, martial arts/karate, weight lifting, body weight movements, running, jump roping, and more – all in a fun and safe environment. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump effectively! 

Spin Class

Ride from the shoreline to the hills in a journey that is designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning and strength. Spinning is a fun and effective group cardio conditioning activity using a specialized stationary bicycle. Spinning strengthens the heart, improves lung function and increases metabolism.
