Tara’s vinyasa classes are known for their creative but intelligent sequencing, free flow athleticism and soulfulness. She seeks to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga. Her hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
